Elizabeth is an Associate with Clark Baird Smith LLP and concentrates her practice in traditional labor and employment law. Elizabeth works on a variety of matters, handling legal research and analysis, drafting briefs, motions, and other filings, and contributing to case strategy from the early stages through resolution.


Prior to joining Clark Baird Smith LLP, Elizabeth earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2025, where she also completed the J.D. Certificate Program in Labor and Employment Law. During law school, she gained valuable experience as a legal extern with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and as a law clerk at a defense-side employment law firm, developing a strong foundation in employment litigation and compliance.
